As I was preparing to release this episode, I had the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channel on in the background (as usual) and I happened to hear Patti LaBelle talking about her voice. To paraphrase, she said, “my voice is a gift; it’s not my own. It’s just a vessel.” That epitomizes this episode!
